About this policy
This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by the Heru Loop website and by third-party features that you choose to use. We describe the website as it is currently configured and will update this policy if new analytics, advertising, payment, or embedded tools are introduced.
Essential preferences
The website stores a local theme preference so it can remember whether you selected light or dark mode. This is functional browser storage, not an advertising profile. Core hosting and security infrastructure may also process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Scheduling with Calendly
When you open the meeting scheduler, Calendly resources are loaded and Calendly may use cookies or similar technology to provide availability, prevent abuse, remember choices, and complete the booking. Google Calendar and Google Meet may then process booking details when those connected services create the event and meeting link. Their own notices apply.
Analytics and advertising
Heru Loop does not currently identify a non-essential analytics or advertising tracker in this website configuration. We therefore do not display a consent banner solely for tools that are not present. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.
How to control cookies
You can remove or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary or third-party scheduling storage may prevent some features from working. You can also open Calendly in a separate browser context or contact us directly instead.
